Is this a franchise?

No. It is it a group of like-minded consultants who work together to support each other and their clients.

Do I have to pay to join?

There is no Joining Fee although each Consultant pays USD $40/EUR €40/GBP £25 + applicable local taxes per month to contribute to the Group.

The aim is to run the group with the minimum of overheads and therefore cost. Every member contributes equally to the group.

Will the monthly fee increase?

The monthly membership fee is set as low as possible and provides the funds for the web site and simple centre administration and management. Modest increases may be necessary in line with inflation but the aim is to keep the contributions as low as possible.

In my country there are network groups that charge for training and ‘certification’

We do not do this. Synogis is a firm of consultants who have come together for mutual support. We do not make money by charging joining or training fees. We do offer Webinars and Seminars on a Pay as you Go basis but they are on an entirely discretionary basis and not a precondition to joining the group. As a group we will provide support to each other.

Do I receive introductory fees if I introduce another Synogis consultant to my clients?

Yes – the actual introductory fee will be agreed between consultants but the group standard is 20%.

Do I get projects given to me by the centre?

No – there is no centre – Synogis operates as a team working together – to win client business you work alone or with other Synogis colleagues to establish and develop client relationships.

Can I expect to receive client business or introductions from other Synogis consultants?

Yes – Synogis aims to offer the client a full range of support, skills and capability. Every Synogis consultant is encouraged to identify additional opportunities within the client where another Synogis consultant can add value

How does the Practice Group work?

Smaller groups of Synogis consultants with similar interests can get together through a Practice Group to exchange ideas, develop marketing materials and campaigns, prospect for new business and deliver client projects.
