Synogis is a virtual global consultant and support services firm that enables leading sole practitioners to work together to service and develop client business. It is run by practicing consultants from around the world and operates with a low overhead base.
Each Consultant who is selected to join continues to own and run his or her own business and continues to bill existing and new clients directly in the normal way. The Consultant does not pay any part of the client fee to the Centre.
We aim to provide our clients with a full range of skills, expertise and capabilities drawn from the members of the Group around the world. At the same time we want to create an environment which is mutually supporting for all of us.
Consultants win and deliver client projects either alone or working with Synogis colleagues in Practice Groups. They work with the client to deliver the agreed project objective and may call on any colleagues to support the work, to make an introduction or help develop the client relationship.
Practice Groups are formed by members once they have established their profiles to enable them to win larger contracts and work with others in their team to market thservices of the Practice Group to their chosen market.
Consultants charge their normal day rate for the work they perform and reward each other for referred business by paying 20% of the total invoiced fees at the end of the project. A draft agreement between Consultants is available.
Each consultant or project team agrees the project fee with the client, invoices directly and retains all the client fees.
Consultants pay Synogis a Membership fee of USD $40/EUR €30/GBP £25 + applicable local taxes, or a discounted annual fee of USD $400/EUR €300/GBP £250 + applicable local taxes. All other services are offered on a “pay as you go basis”.
